What services do you have?
We have four signature rituals — Flare, Volcano, Firestorm and Inferno — ranging from a gentle 60-minute reset to our most immersive 120-minute experience for two. Every ritual is available for solo guests or couples, in the room of your choice.
How can I book?
Book online any time through our reservation page, message us directly on WhatsApp, or walk in if there's space. We're open daily from 10am until midnight across both locations.
What rooms do you have?
Three: the Flare Room for focused restoration, the Deluxe Room with a shower or bathtub option, and our signature Jacuzzi Room with a private jacuzzi. See them all on our

Do you welcome both men and women?
Yes — Flare welcomes solo guests and couples in the ritual of your choice.
Do you have male therapists?
Yes, male therapists are available on request. We recommend booking at least 4 hours in advance so we can accommodate your preference.
Do you have foreign therapists?
All of our therapists are local professionals, specially trained and experienced in every ritual we perform.
Is a deposit required to book?
No deposit is required to book — simply reserve your ritual, and payment is settled during your visit.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash and card at our Sunset and Canggu locations. Payment is settled during your visit.
Can I pay in US Dollars or another currency?
All prices are set in Rupiah and include service charge and government tax. By law, we're only able to accept payment in Rupiah.
Do you have home service?
All Flare rituals take place exclusively at our Canggu and Sunset locations — we don't currently have home or in-villa service.
Do you have gift cards?
Yes — gift cards are available at reception, or you can purchase one online.
Reschedule, cancellation & refund policy
Reschedules can be made up to 2 hours before your appointment. Requests made within 2 hours will depend on availability.
